  1. Trash the nasty food that will age you in your fridge, pantry and anywhere else. Toss into a trash can (or give away) any foods containing any of the following first 5 ingredients: Saturated fat, Hydrogenated fat, Omega 6 fat (corn or soybean oil, Simple sugars (sucrose, glucose, maltose and fructose) or alcohols that end in -ol, Syrups, Any non-whole grain such as bleached or enriched flour, plus anything with 4 or more grams of sugar per serving.
  2. Shop for healthy foods.
  3. Shop for vitamins and calcium supplements. Buy calcium tablets that have at least 500 milligrams of calcium, 200 IU of vitamin D, and 150 milligrams of magnesium.
  4. Detoxify your home and buy nontoxic products. Leave your shoes at the front door. Wash your hands as soon as you enter the house. (Covid is still here so we know to do this). In the microwave cover food with a paper towel. Throw away your sponges & replace with 10 dishcloths that you clean with bleach weekly. Reduce the number of canned foods you consume. don’t use toxic bug killer. Use boric-acid-based stations. Filter your drinking water. Use dishwasher soap without phosphates of NPE. No moth balls. Use cedar chips instead. Simple baking soda can be great for cleaning sinks and tubs; vinegar in a spray bottle cleans windows and mirrors. Use deodorant, not antiperspirant. Avoid aluminum. Avoid air freshers. Open the windows frequently.
  5. Stop smoking.

That’s a lot, but your body and your family will thank you!
